Job Responsibility :

* To develop and support the intranet and external portal
* To liase and manage the system with users and vendors
* Collect and define the business requirement
* Develop fit-gap analysis between business requirement and system functionalities
* Manage the system development and develop system documentation
* Develop functional specification for custom development
* Liase with vendors for implementation and operation support

Requirements :

* Relevant degree in Information Technology
* Proficient with MS product & technology ; Visual Studio, MOSS, SQL, etc.
* Proficient with more than one programming language : ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, Java
* Has minimal 3 years experiences implementation of web application
* Good communication skill and vendor management skill
