Job Description
* Budget control and cost monitoring, make sure every coin spend in the right spot.
* Centralized purchase management.
* Risk management, make sure all function clear the potential commercial and financial risk and help to avoid it.
* Third party contract management, fulfill the outsourcing plan as set by management.
* Variation management, make sure additional revenue can get approve form customer.
* Subcontract PR/PO management, acceptance and payment monitoring.
* Documentation management set up document management regulation and arrange related training for subcontract and business function.
* HR management, make sure all HR policy can be applied properly in MS project.
* Administration management and asset management.
Requirements
* Must have work experience in asset management or third party management.
* Must have background of telecom operation.
* Have a University education on bachelor level within Telecommunication, Information Technology and Electronics or similar.
* Total of over 2 yrs experience in Telecom Operations or work in telecommunication industry more than 3 years
* Fluent in written and spoken English
